Welcome to HELEON LTD. I founded the company in 2023 to bring a unique skill set to the market that leverages my extensive CFO experience, in-depth knowledge of the e-gaming industry and ability to scale and structure businesses. I have done so for over 20 years at the most senior level in finance across multiple locations, jurisdictions, and business sectors. I am trusted by stakeholders to ready their operations, teams and processes for hypergrowth.
I’m known for my ability to bring structure to a business by automating resource-intensive procedures, stripping out inefficiencies and transforming teams into lean and effective decision-makers. As a CFO with a background in applied mathematics, I’m able to deliver an uncompromisingly logical approach to any business operation.
I am a business problem solver with big-picture thinking who is renowned for my uncompromising attention to detail, which I utilise to create business architectures that overcome even the most complex of challenges. My ethos is to empower teams and people to work intelligently and efficiently, reducing costs but also allowing opportunity and time for innovation, growth and profit.
While I have a long track record of success as an internationally experienced CFO, I couldn’t do what I do without my partners. My experience and achievements were predominantly earned within e-gaming — where I held various executive positions and directorships over a period of more than 25 years.
My work as a CFO, executive director and general manager has taken me to countries in every corner of the globe, including South Africa, the Isle of Man, Gibraltar, Malta, Curacao and Cyprus.
Aside from my primary roles as a CFO, I have been responsible for all legal, contractual, corporate secretarial and regulatory matters — working closely with legal teams, tax advisors and top-tier corporate service providers.
I have held various executive positions during more than two decades of service delivery.
During this time, I have gained valuable experience and knowledge in international finance and
general management.
A Long Track Record of Achievement
I have a degree in Mathematics, an honours degree in Financial Accounting and postgraduate qualifications in Income Taxation, Business Economics and Auditing.
I am proud to have played a role in helping several businesses achieve their long-term objectives. Over the years, I have managed liquid funds in excess of $20m. In addition, I have controlled and managed assets of companies with annual turnovers ranging from $5m to $180m.
I drive profit and growth by creating blueprints for the architecture of organisations. My simplified, logical and relevant business processes involve integrating various departments and functions into cohesive commercial units.
